Internal Sales Representative – Pool & Spa Durban

Requirements:
• Telephonic sales knowledge
• Minimum of two years’ experience in an internal sales position
• Experienced in the handling of customers
• Computer literate (Knowledge of Syspro or related package and advantage)
• Matric certificate
• English fluency in speech and literacy

Key Accountabilities:
• Serve customers by phone mostly and at front counter when required
• Produce invoices and expedite orders
• Handle payments for goods received which includes cash, cheques and credit cards
• Handle the different copies of invoices
• Promote all core products by telephone

• Handle the different copies of invoices
• Promote all core products by telephone
• Contacting a predetermined number of customers telephonically on a weekly, monthly or bi-monthly basis
• Complete call reports for all sales calls
